Pinnacle Conservation were appointed as the Main Contractor for a significant programme of external repair works at Carlton Towers, an exquisite Grade I listed stately home in Yorkshire. With its long and distinguished history, the Estate remains fully operational as a prestigious wedding and events venue, welcoming daily visitors to its café and grounds. This created a uniquely sensitive working environment where heritage conservation, public access, and commercial continuity had to be balanced seamlessly.

From the outset, Pinnacle worked collaboratively with the Estate team to develop a phased delivery strategy that respected the venue’s busy calendar of weddings and external events. The works were therefore divided into three carefully planned phases spanning from 2023 through to the commencement of Phase 3 in September 2025.
