Health & Safety
Health and safety is prioritised within the business and communicated through all levels from the Management team to site teams. This is managed through regular site visits conducted by our SHEQ Manager Sarah who is technical member of IOSH and regular safety bulletins and newsletters.
As part of our dedication to continuous improvements and keeping up with Industry best practice performance, all directly employed staff and labour only subcontractors have the appropriate Health & Safety training required to undertake their role. This is monitored and updated on a regular basis and tracked through our portal system ihasco our new on-line learning portal with access to over 150 eLearning courses.
Ihasco is recognised by IOSH and enables us to keep all our employees up-to date with the latest Health and safety legislation and following the safest workplace procedures. This is our commitment to improving our employee’s knowledge of safe working practices, reducing risks in the workplace and creating a more compliant and safe working environment.
