Pinnacle were delighted to be instructed as the Main Contractor on the restoration and refurbishment of 6-7 Silver Street in Wakefield.

During the Investigation work, a timber frame was uncovered, which is now believed could be one of Wakefield’s oldest surviving timber buildings.   The timber frame includes carved posts usually associated with a high-status house, after further analysis it is thought it could date back to the 1500’s.

Restoration to the existing timber frame was undertaken, along with new carving work, before applying the new hot lime render.
