New Project Award – Kiplin Hall

The Pinnacle Team are looking forward to starting on-site in July at Kiplin Hall, a Grade I listed Jacobean House in North Yorkshire. Built between 1622-1625 for George Calvert, 1st Baron Baltimore.

Pinnacle Conservation will carry out external re-pointing to the North Tower, Helifixing and vertical crack stitching to the North Chimney stack and use reclaimed bricks to repair the plinth splay and surrounding areas.

A new Timber deck walkway will be installed spanning the roof with new lead cladding work up and over the walkway.

Internal plaster repairs will be undertaken removing failing gypsum plaster with 3no new coats of lime plaster.
