Adam has worked in the conservation of historic properties since 2004, combining hands-on expertise with a broad technical and academic foundation.
In 2019, he founded Pinnacle Conservation with a vision to deliver heritage projects that blend traditional craftsmanship with forward-thinking precision.
Adam’s deep understanding of conservation theory and practice enables him to lead on complex and sensitive briefs with confidence. Known for immersing himself in technical client requirements, he takes pride in delivering outcomes that exceed expectations and uphold the integrity of each historic site.

Stephanie O’Bee
With over 17 years of experience in construction, Steph brings a deep understanding of business and brand development, audience engagement, and social value strategy to the Pinnacle Conservation team.
Working alongside the other Directors within the business, Steph ensures all aspects the business including performance, branding, social media, and marketing communications, are not only visible but meaningfully represented.
Steph works closely with site teams to document and share the craftsmanship and care behind each project, amplifying the company’s impact across communities and heritage spaces.

Jordan Ramnauth
Jordan began his career as a qualified Joiner, working with Yorkshire-based conservation contractors on some of the region’s most iconic heritage buildings.
With a deep-rooted passion for traditional craftsmanship and historic preservation, he has developed a wealth of knowledge in conservation practice.
Now as Director at Pinnacle Conservation, Jordan leads and supports site teams across Yorkshire, ensuring the seamless delivery of complex restoration projects with a focus on quality, collaboration, and heritage integrity.

Sarah Beeston
With over 17 years of experience in Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental management, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise to Pinnacle Conservation. Having spent more than 12 years in the Health & Safety department at the University of York, she has developed a strong foundation in compliance, risk management, and workplace well-being.
At Pinnacle, Sarah works closely with both the management and site teams to embed SHQE best practices across all projects, ensuring a safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible approach remains at the heart of everything we do.

Adil Malik
Adil is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience across both main contracting and consultancy environments.
He has successfully delivered projects spanning heritage restoration, luxury residential refurbishments, and high-end retail schemes.
Adil is adept at managing the full project lifecycle—from early-stage feasibility studies and cost planning through to final account resolution. His expertise includes strategic procurement, tender documentation, contractor negotiation, cost benchmarking, and supply chain coordination.
Adil has an exceptional ability to oversee multiple subcontractors across complex, multi-phase projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, and budget control.
He is proficient in the administration of JCT and NEC contracts, including valuations, interim payments, change management, and contractual communication.
Combining commercial insight with a collaborative mindset, Adil brings clarity, precision, and confidence to every stage of project delivery

Harley Fieldhouse
Harley joined Pinnacle Conservation in early 2024, bringing energy and focus to the project delivery team.
He is currently pursuing a Chartered Quantity Surveyor Degree at Leeds Trinity University, combining academic insight with hands-on experience across heritage conservation sites.
Harley is developing his skills in cost management, procurement, and stakeholder collaboration, contributing to Pinnacle’s mission to preserve and enhance historic buildings with precision and care.

Vicky Simpson
With over 15 years of experience in Accounts and Office Administration, Vicky plays a vital role in keeping Pinnacle Conservation running efficiently behind the scenes.
She manages day-to-day office operations and oversees accounts and payments, ensuring everything stays organised, accurate, and on time.
Vicky’s attention to detail and steady support make her a cornerstone of the team, contributing to the seamless delivery of projects across the organisation.

Rob qualified as a Joiner at York college whilst working for local joinery companies, gaining a vast knowledge on a wide array of joinery work.
Rob’s passion for heritage Joinery has been honed over the past 10 years.
His multi-skilled approach allows him to easily adapt to the management of complicated church re-ordering projects which offer their own unique challenges.

Arron Rose
Arron joined Pinnacle in 2020 as a Site Manager having previously worked for Main Contractors on Listed Buildings throughout Yorkshire.

Valerio Caputi

Valerio provides a wealth of material conservation knowledge, specialising in the cleaning and conservation of terrazzo, marble, mosaic, plaster and decorative surfaces.
His training and experience has enabled him access to have worked on some of the most treasured buildings in the world including St Peters Basilica.
As a material conservator Valerio has been instrumental in salvaging some very significant artefacts that were badly damaged. He maintains a deep passion for the heritage industry and remains a key asset for Pinnacle Conservation Ltd.

Paul Durkin
Paul has been working in the Joinery conservation sector for over 37 years and has a wealth of experience and practical knowledge.
He is currently mentoring our apprentice joiner, Taylor Ramsden.
Paul specialises in complex traditional roof repair projects.

James qualified as a Stonemason at York college whilst working for prestigious Yorkshire-based conservation contractors.
His quiet manner belies a steely determination to deliver excellent work.

Thomas Farrell
Exceptionally talented stonemason Tom, uses his craft to make the most exquisite stone carvings for Pinnacle.
Having trained for three years, learning all aspects of stonemasonry, Tom went onto spend two years learning the core carving skills and one year working on-site.

Jack Campbell
Jack has worked in heritage for over 7 years, successfully training as a Mason alongside team member John.
Jack is currently undertaking the Pinnacle upskilling programme to become a Site Supervisor with the support of the wider team.

James Bailey
James it a highly motivated Heritage Lime Plasterer, working on projects including De Grey Rooms and the Wesley Centre in Malton.

Martha Crocker
Martha joined Pinnacle following completing completing her MA in conservation at the University of Lincoln.

Dan works as part of the conservation team for Pinnacle, undertaking intricate works including gold leafing, paintwork and tiling works.

Martin Shaw
Martin, has worked with Pinnacle Conservation for over two years and is a fundamental member of the team.
Martin supports the site and operational teams with the delivery of materials and general support where required.

Andy Walker
Andy has been working in the masonry conservation sector for over 40 years and has a wealth of experience and practical knowledge.
He generously supports the full project team to ensure that his knowledge and wisdom is shared to achieve the most suitable results for the building.
Andy is often called upon to offer advice and guidance on challenging masonry conservation projects.

Stewart Gregson
Stewart has been working in the masonry conservation sector for over 40 years and has a wealth of experience and practical knowledge.
He specialises in the use of lime mortars including internal plasters and external renders.
Stewart’s positive approach to the historic working environment makes the most difficult conservation challenge easily surmountable.

Andy Starkey
Andy has worked on Heritage projects for over 35 years, having started his career as an apprentice on York Minster.
Projects previously undertaken by Andy include: Chatswrorth House, York Minster, St Michael le Belfrey, Harewood House, Ely Cathedral to name a few

Sean Walker
Sean joined us a labourer, working alongside members of the pinnacle team to gain a greater understanding of the Heritage Sector
Sean has now completed his masonry apprenticeship at York College and is now a qualified Heritage Mason.
His martial arts training has equipped him perfectly for the discipline of vocational education combined with a rigorous working environment.
