Restoration efforts have entered the second phase at the distinguished Grade II listed Hovingham Hall in North Yorkshire.
Following the successful completion of the initial wall restoration works in 2024, the team has now commenced the careful dismantling of sections of the existing stonework. Where possible, original stone is being repurposed within the wall or reutilised elsewhere across the estate.
To ensure structural integrity and longevity, newly sourced stone—sympathetically matched from a local quarry—is being introduced to support the ongoing conservation of this important heritage asset.
